Exploring Reiki and Energy Awareness
Take a deeper dive in to the principles of Usui Reiki. Explore the meaning of resonant frequencies and active listening. Practice the art of noticing, and learn ways to engage with your nervous system.
Listening for the Soul
Engage in an introspective exercise focused on noticing patterns, cycles, and boundaries in your life. Reflect on energy patterns like addiction or recurring themes, and explore transformative questions like:
- What energy patterns am I noticing in my life?
- How do I create boundaries that serve my well-being?
- What does hearing my own expressions feel like to me?
Interactive sharing moments allow you to connect with others and learn from their insights.
Journaling: Processing Energy Through Words
Experience the healing power of writing with guided journaling prompts to process and channel your energy. Healing frequency music will create a soothing backdrop, fostering a meditative and focused atmosphere.
"Relax with Reiki"
- Wind down together, and experience intentional Sacred Space. Opportunity to receive Reiki.
Grounding and Closing Circle
Reconnect with yourself and the group as we gather for the final time. This session includes:
- Exploring tools for energy awareness, such as oracle or symbol cards, with an opportunity to choose a card and reflect in your journal.
- A "Moment with Nature" ceremony to intentionally release energy, leave behind what no longer serves you, and leave feeling lighter and refreshed.
Opportunities for Questions & Sharing
Feel free to ask questions about Reiki training or any of the topics we've explored. We'll close with a gathering circle, offering space to share key takeaways, final thoughts, and heartfelt connections.
Aromatherapy Take-Home Kits
On Saturday evening, immerse yourself in a sensory experience as we create personalized Aromatherapy Bath Salts to take home. This hands-on session combines creativity, education, and relaxation, allowing you to continue your healing journey after the retreat.
You'll learn about the benefits of various essential oils and their impact on well-being, then craft your own unique blend tailored to your personal needs.
This evening will be a celebration of creativity, community, and connection, accompanied by soothing healing music and meaningful conversations. Let your senses guide you as you create something special to support your self-care and energy renewal.
Aromatherapy bath salts can have many benefits, including:
- Stress and anxiety relief: The relaxing properties of hot water combined with the aromatherapy of essential oils can help relieve stress and anxiety.
- Muscle and joint pain relief: Bath salts can help with muscle soreness and stiff joints.
- Skin conditions: Bath salts can help treat symptoms of skin conditions like eczema and dry, itchy skin.
- Sleep aid: Certain essential oils, like lavender, can help improve sleep.
- Mental clarity: Bath salts can help promote a sense of calm and relaxation.
This retreat is an opportunity to connect with your inner self and the energy around you in a meaningful way. You’ll leave with tools, insights, and a sense of renewal to carry forward in your life.
Special Guest Facilitator Lindsay Brown, Certified Usui Reiki Practitioner.
I am a lover of life, collector of experiences, and seeker/student of the great Mystery for always! I run an intuitive healing practice called Curious Healing.
My practice incorporates a mixture of energy work (Reiki), compassionate listening, and curious companionship/discussions. I also love to make use of tools such as symbol cards, aroma, mineral and sound therapies. Radical self-acceptance and compassion are my mantras!
To me, healing means integration. Re-membering who you really are and getting deeply curious with what you discover.
My aim is to remind others of their innate worth and wholeness, and to inspire the great healer within. I see myself as a joyful companion and guide on your self-healing, journey of Becoming.
